Cooling-off period

Under UK law, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. We extend this period to 30 days for unopened items.

Eligibility for returns

• Products must be unopened, with seals intact, and in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns of opened supplements, used skincare, or any item not in resalable condition.
• Perishable or personalised items are non-refundable.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@skinldn.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our customer service team will confirm the return address.
3. Send the product back in secure packaging. Unless we made an error, you will need to cover return postage.

Refunds

• Once received and checked, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
• Refunds cover the cost of goods only. Delivery charges are not refunded unless we made a mistake.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
