4. Processed and fast food
Stay away from frozen meals, hot dogs, fries and burgers. These types of foods don’t tend to have a large amount of vitamins and minerals, but what they do have is a lot of sodium and unhealthy fats. High level of sodium, which can be found in meats like bacon, breaks down skin’s collagen levels and causes water retention, making your face look dull and puffy. 5. Alcohol
This one is a no brainer. It is a common knowledge that excessive alcohol consumption is a cause of many health issues, including the health of your skin. When consumed excessively, alcohol can also cause dehydration and make your wrinkles more visible.
